Our Story of Legacy

Kaeser & Blair is more than a promotional products distributor—we're a family legacy that has thrived for over 130 years. Founded in 1894 as the Cincinnati Printing and Paper Products Co., our journey took a defining turn in 1923 when Dutch Kaeser and Bill Blair acquired the company, setting the stage for generations of family leadership.
Dutch's entrepreneurial spirit was carried forward by his sons, Dick and John Kaeser, who each served as President between 1966 and 1983. Under their guidance, Kaeser & Blair expanded its offerings beyond manufacturing, embracing "advertising specialties" and empowering a national network of independent sales professionals.
In the early 1980s, the company fully transitioned from manufacturing to focusing on supporting its independent sales force, now referred to as business owners. Dick Kaeser resumed leadership and began preparing the next generation, passing the torch to his son, Kurt Kaeser, and daughter, Christy Kaeser. Kurt became President in 1996, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a commitment to dealer success.
Today, the fourth generation - Brad and Mitch Kaeser - serve as co-CEOs, continuing the family's dedication to innovation and partnership. Under their leadership, Kaeser & Blair remains committed to providing industry-leading support, including high earning potential, fast profit payouts, and a unique referral program that offers perpetual income.
Our legacy is built on trust, fairness, and a genuine commitment to the success of our business owners. At Kaeser & Blair, you're not just joining a company; you're becoming part of a family that values your independence and is invested in your growth. While we’re firmly grounded in the values that brought us here, we’re equally focused on the future - continually developing new tools, resources, and innovations to help our business owners thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
